Considering we have a whack of jobs with noone to do them who does the teacher expect to look at these things during an interview?<BR/><BR/>As well, on the thought of being judged on merit.... I am an educator by day and a waitress by nite. In my job I am rewarded by what I do, not by my potential, and I have little room for error. I should not bring you a blt when you ask for a club. And there we go. I make my money by my hard work my attitude and my skill with which I put these together. <BR/><BR/>People like this are IDIOTS..... it is no wonder that the wee kids I work with think it is "not fair" that I make more tips than they do even though I have only been on the job a month. You make good points. The number one thing I emphasise with writing criteria for rubrics is that they match the assessment instrument and the criteria easily demarcate between grade boundaries.
